The platform remains operational in a degraded state. We have implemented a mitigation by rerouting TON v3 Indexer (Mainnet) traffic to restore partial availability.

The service is now responding; however, customers may experience intermittent errors or reduced throughput under higher load.

The incident has been resolved. Response times have stabilized across all endpoints, and request success rates have returned to normal.

The chain activity has slowed down considerably (new block every few minutes from about 10s average) and our nodes considered it an outage, but integrity checks passed. We are waiting for the situation to return to normal and adjusted the metrics for now.

The team has urgently updated the nodes to the latest erigon version available.
